We anticipate completing the expansion in 2027, but the exciting journey starts now! This transformation will create a more engaging and dynamic environment that fosters whole-person wellness and community connection.

Enhancing Independent Living

We’re also expanding our independent living offerings with 54 new apartments that combine modern style with open-concept designs. These new residences will provide ample space for comfortable living and entertaining, while the overall community enhancements will elevate the living experience for all residents. Key renovations include:

• Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas with contemporary upgrades, 9 ft ceilings, and side-by-side washer and dryer in every unit
• Wellness, art and maker spaces that inspire creativity and engagement
• Underground parking for added convenience and accessibility

These enhancements will not only increase our independent living capacity but will also improve the overall lifestyle and experience for current and future residents.

Expanding Assisted Living

To better serve residents who need extra support, StoneRidge is fulfilling its master plan by adding new, purpose-built assisted living apartments that are thoughtfully designed to blend comfort and functionality. This modern addition includes:

• 14 ground-level apartments, all with private bathrooms and kitchenettes
• Dedicated entry, dining, and living spaces, allowing residents to enjoy a vibrant and supportive environment

This expansion is designed to provide a seamless transition for residents who may need a higher level of care while maintaining their independence and quality of life.

Upgrading Common Spaces & Amenities

StoneRidge is committed to providing spaces that support active, engaged living. Our expansion will introduce 3,500 square feet of new wellness amenities, creating opportunities for residents to thrive physically, mentally, and socially. These enhanced spaces will not only encourage healthier lifestyles but will also foster a greater sense of community and connection.
