Wellness activities to support your active life.

StoneRidge residents lead active, engaged lives. Their interests are many and varied, spanning subjects from beer making and winemaking to painting and pollinator gardens. We support them in whatever activities bring them joy and fulfillment. In fact, we’ve created a program to help them do just that. Called HealthyLife® Services, it encompasses four categories of life enrichment that contribute to overall health:

Active Life – Participating in activities that you enjoy is essential to healthy aging. Just tell us what you’d like to do, and we’ll make it happen.

Well-Being – From preventive health screenings to assistance in obtaining health services, your well-being is our top priority.

Fitness – We offer a variety of classes to help you reach your personal fitness goals and feel your best.

Nutrition – From garden-fresh salads to catch-of-the-day seafood, healthy and delicious are always on the menu.

Our whole-person approach to wellness integrates eight dimensions of wellness with programs that support physical, social, emotional, intellectual, vocational, spiritual, and environmental wellness, in addition to a continuum of health services provided on-site. “I can build personal fitness programs that fit your needs, and we can reevaluate those programs after three months and say, ‘You know what, you’re doing great. Let’s add something into the mix.’”
