When you need a helping hand in your independent living apartment, SAIL (StoneRidge Assistance-in-Living) Program provides the support you need. Whether it’s activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, eating, getting out of bed, or taking medication as prescribed — SAIL Program includes personalized care plans that are developed to meet your needs and delivered in the privacy and comfort of your independent living apartment.

In addition to SAIL Program, we offer assisted living services in a limited number of dedicated assisted living apartments. Known as The Cove Assisted Living neighborhood, this intimate environment is for residents who require more support than SAIL Program typically provides.

Whether you enroll in SAIL Program or move to an assisted living apartment, you’ll have access to all the dining options, services and amenities at StoneRidge, as well as these additional services:

• Assistance with medication management
• Nursing consultation
• Discharge planning after a stay at a hospital or our Avalon Health Center
• Consultations with your physician and family
• Case management in cooperation with your spouse or family
• Assistance with coordination of outside agencies
