Assisted living in Mystic, CT at StoneRidge is available through two programs: StoneRidge Assistance-in-Living (SAIL) and TopSAIL. The SAIL program offers assistance with activities of daily living in the comfort and privacy of your independent living residence.

Care plans are personalized to your needs, such as help with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, getting out of bed, or taking medication as prescribed. The goal is to help you maintain your independence without putting your safety and well-being at risk.

The SAIL program also allows couples to stay together in their independent living apartment when one or both partners require more assistance than the other can provide. And that can make life less stressful and more enjoyable for both of you.

When You Need More Support, TopSAIL is Here for You

TopSAIL offers six dedicated assisted living apartments on campus. This assisted living neighborhood is designed for residents who need more support than the SAIL program typically provides.

In addition to a higher level of personalized support in a safe, comfortable setting, residents in the TopSAIL program enjoy access to all amenities and services at StoneRidge, including a choice of dining venues, fitness, cultural and recreational programs, plus scheduled transportation and the support of staff, friends and neighbors.

Let our Health and Wellness Navigator Guide the Way

The way to wellness at StoneRidge is through our health and wellness navigator. She’s your guide to any health services you may need, including transitions to SAIL, TopSAIL, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation.

The navigator is also available to help schedule medical appointments, coordinate changes in diet, and arrange counseling, nursing consultation and case management in cooperation with family members. Nonmedical services such as running errands, dog walking, grocery shopping and help with laundry can also be arranged. Whatever you need help with, count on the health and wellness navigator to make it happen.
