The expansion introduces 54 brand-new independent living apartments, thoughtfully designed to support the way today’s seniors want to live—comfortably, stylishly, and effortlessly.

Each residence will feature spacious, open-concept floor plans that maximize natural light, modern high-quality finishes, and smart layouts that make everyday living easier. Underground parking adds convenience and weather protection.
